Celsius is committed to protecting its brand, products, and customers. We maintain a robust global
portfolio of trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights, all of which are protected
under applicable law. Any attempt to reproduce, imitate, or distribute infringing goods—whether online
or offline—as well as any unauthorized use of Celsius’ logos, trade dress, product images, and marketing
materials—is strictly prohibited and will be enforced.
We take enforcement seriously and actively monitor the marketplace for:
