We've come to the final installment of our Move It to Lose It series! I hope that you have learned new workout tips and tried some of the healthy recipes that we have shared. Just because these articles and emails are coming to an end, does not mean that it is time to eat “normal” (i.e., unhealthy) again or slack off on your workouts.
It is starting to get a bit warmer, the sun is shining bright and it is almost short-shorts season. Some of you may have fallen off the band wagon and your fat loss goals seem unobtainable. If you're thinking you will have to stay all covered up and indoors like you did last spring, what will you do next? Maybe you're one of those people who "work better under pressure" so, in a summer-is-coming-panic, are you looking for a Plan B to get beach body ready?
But what will that get you?
If you're lucky, quick results…that will never last. EVER!
There will always be something new on the market that seems like a miracle pill or quick-fix diet that will be the solution to all of your problems. Anything that changes your body that rapidly cannot be healthy and it will not set you up for long term and maintainable success. By trying fad diets, the results you see will be lost as soon as you return to your old habits. Instead, make small changes that will yield results that you can maintain. Weight loss should not be a dreaded task. Learn how to have fun and make changes that will last a lifetime! By changing your habits on your own, without restricting or being excessive at the gym, you will find the balance you need to maintain a more active and healthy lifestyle.
Over the next 90 days, I will be working with Zak, who was the winner of the 90-day coaching program from the Celsius "Gift of Good Health" holiday series. Zak has agreed to document his journey and will be checking in before we begin training and then again after month 1, 2 and 3. I am very excited to help Zak on his health and fitness journey and he is eager to get started too! I will be providing him with meal plans and workouts to get him on the right track. Each week, I will check in with Zak to see how he is doing mentally. He will also send in progress pictures and measurements during that time so that I can assess physical changes.
Be on the lookout for Zak’s post so that you can learn about his background and the goals that he is trying to reach in the next 90 days and beyond. If you would like to join Zak and I on this 90-day journey, we'd love to have you along! Having a good support system can be key to reaching your health and fitness goals. Take advantage of the resources and support here in our Live Healthy Community to give yourself that extra boost to reach your goals!

We love to hear our Celsius drinkers' success stories but you can use this to share your goals with us as well. Your goals, image(s), and information will not be shared unless you specifically agree to that. At the end of the 90-days you might just want to brag about your success!
We will use your email and the social media links you provide with the goals you share to check in and encourage you from time to time on this 90-day journey. Please be sure you're following Celsius and following me on social media as well so we can help you stay motivated and focused on your health and fitness goals!
