I am ready for the last 30 pounds – my Ultimate Challenge!

I was 298 lbs on Jan first of 08. I was tired of being fat and decided to lose 100 lbs this year. I remember the first time I walked 2 blocks. I was both exhausted and proud. Training is hard and so is the feeling of food deprivation that you have in the beginning. It makes you feel tired and it makes you just want to go to bed with a pint of ice cream or a cheeseburger. I was at a 5k race where they were handing out Celsius samples and that was it. I was hooked on the stuff. It gave me the boost that I needed to make it through the race and it never made me feel shaky, speedy or like my heart was going to pound out of my chest.  And the best part is it didn't drop me and leave me feeling more tired than I was at the beginning.

The flavors are great and the calorie burn doesn't hurt either. I'm not saying that Celsius will make you lose weight on its own. I have worked really hard, but I will say that with an active lifestyle and proper diet changes, Celsius has given me the boost that I have needed to help reach my goal. It’s now Nov 08, I'm down 120 lbs this year and have gone from a size 22 to a size 12. So in closing if you are ready and willing then Celsius is waiting to give you the extra boost you need!

Update – 1 ½ years later, I have maintained my weight loss and am up for the Ultimate Workout Challenge to drop my next 30 pounds! I plan to try to do all my fitness at home or outside – biking, swimming, and running.
