“After 7 hours on my feet teaching 18 students, I drink Celsius to give me a boost of energy to do 2 hour workouts 4-7 days a week. I have been drinking Celsius for a year and it is now a part of my daily routine. Saturday: CORE Fuzion, Spinning and upper body exercise (individual)

Sunday: Yoga
