I wanted to take the time to thank you for your amazing product.
Your drink is sold here at our Earth Bar and as an instructor and manager I frequently drink Celsius. The members and my coworkers all love it with a passion! I teach 7 Studio Cycling (spinning) and Main Studio Classes per wk all over Los Angeles all at Equinox. Many times Celsius combined with my own positive energy is the only thing that gets me through!
Not only do we at Celsius think Justin’s great but so do Glamour magazine’s Health & Fitness Editors. Justin Rubin’s fitness tips get were just picked up from a recent training session.
Celebrity Trainer Tips: 3 Ways to Get the Most Out of Your Spin Class
Our lovely associate fashion editor Rachael Wang recently flew out to L.A. to attend ASICS Train Like a Celebrity three-day fitness extravaganza. Ordinarily I'd be SO jealous but Rachel came back with so many inspired tips that I couldn't be anything but thankful. We'll roll out a couple every day this week. Up first three cycling tips from Justin Rubin group fitness manager at Equinox in L.A.
1) Make it fun!
Find a club and an instructor you like and have a blast! The more fun you have with the instructor the music the club and other members the easier it is to be consistent in showing up. When you are consistent in showing up that's when you see results.
2) Make sure to find a class that features variety
The ride should be a nice balance of speed sprints strong hills and active recovery. I like to mix it up as much as possible in my class but overall [it should be] 50% light and quick and 50% heavy or steep and slow on a hill.
3) Most important: intervals and breakaways!
Whether you're pedaling fast with light resistance or slow with heavy resistance the way to maximum calorie burn speeding up your metabolism and creating maximum after-burn is with interval work. Taking your heart and lungs on a cardiovascular roller coaster of total fatigue and then total recovery–and then doing it again and again!
