Success

I have been overweight my whole life. My family members have suffered with obesity as well. Some even going as far as to having a gastric bypass. When I was in High School, I started on the "Diet Journey." I started with Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem, and Weight Watchers. I have tried them all. Maybe I would lose a little here and there, but would always gain it back. When I was about to get married...I found the most beautiful dress, but they didn't make it in my size. I was a size 18, 180 pounds. I was devastated.

I just couldn't find the motivation to "get started." I was depressed. I would sit for 6-8 hours a day playing video games. I was terrified of gyms and thought that working out was uninteresting and no fun! That Christmas, knowing my love for video games, my father gave me a Wii. I went to the store and found an amazing game called Just Dance. I was only able to get make it through 1 or 2 songs in the beginning. I started to notice that I was losing weight, but I was tired a lot. That's when my friend introduced me to Celsius. I had one sip and was hooked! It tasted amazing!!!! 20 minutes later I started to play my video games and OH MY...I was a dancing queen!!! I was able to push myself harder and longer.

I look at the things I use to lose weight as tools. The most important tool for me is Celsius. Celsius is the first thing I grab in the morning, I skip the coffee now. I monitor the calories I burn daily and calories I intake. Video games are my last tool. I definitely notice a change when I don't have Celsius in the fridge. It really gives me the motivation and energy to start playing my video games. I also have another Celsius throughout the day just to give me a little pick-me-up.
It has been almost a year now since I started my journey. Right now I weigh 126 lbs and I am a size 6. I still have about 10 pounds left to go. I get up and move everyday now with the energy Celsius provides for me and do something active. Anything! I have gained confidence and I now know that I am capable of accomplishing anything! I just had my last sip for the morning. Time to blast the music and dance! Thank You Celsius!
