I was 298 lbs on Jan first of 08. I was tired of being fat and decided to lose 100 lbs this year. I remember the first time I walked 2 blocks. I was both exhausted and proud. Training is hard and so is the feeling of food deprivation that you have in the beginning. It makes you feel tired and it makes you just want to go to bed with a pint of ice cream or a cheeseburger. I was at a 5k race where they were handing out Celsius samples and that was it. I was hooked on the stuff. It gave me the boost that I needed to make it through the race and it never made me feel shaky, speedy or like my heart was going to pound out of my chest. And the best part is it didn't drop me and leave me feeling more tired than I was at the beginning.
