Celsius Helped Fuel My New Lifestyle.

 


First, it helped me do more cardio, which led to better food choices, which led to better energy, and I am fit, having trimmed 17 pounds off my midsection.
Celsius was just what I needed to feel focused and get results, both at work and at the gym. I have lost the fat that I was storing around my midsection from drinking a Celsius an hour before my workout and even quit smoking (after 10years) to maximize my results in the gym. I used to only lift weights when I would work out, but now have the energy and motivation to work some cardio into my routine, allowing the fat to melt right off!
 
What I noticed most was the domino effect that took place...after making the decision to drink healthier, it was the tipping point that left me eating better, not smoking and being more conscious of my overall well-being!
 
I found Celsius at my local drug store 3 years ago. My job required long hours and hard work which left me more likely to spend my evenings on the couch then in the gym. I was burnt out on quick energizers like the sugary energy drinks. The first thing I noticed about Celsius was their delicious sounding, clean tasting flavors so I traded in my 'Monster' for a 'green tea Raspberry Acai.
 
After getting to work I opened my Celsius expecting the hour long 'buzz' and inevitable 'crash' from all the other energy drinks I was used to. That day started a change that is responsible for how I look, think, and feel about energy drinks and fitness in general. After being in drawn in by the refreshing taste of Celsius which was unlike the sweet, battery acid taste I had come to associate with energy drinks, I decided to give the other flavors a shot. I enjoyed all of them and starting telling my co-workers and friends about it.
The green tea flavor left me feeling focused and after my shifts I noticed I was not 'crashing' like I used to from other energy drinks, which inspired me to couple my new favorite drink with a plan on being healthier. I believe Celsius is destined for big things and needs to be shared with anyone who is still sucking down those giant, battery acid tasting energy drink sugar bombs that can't hold a candle to the taste and benefits of Celsius!
