Limited Return Policy
We are dedicated to providing our customers with the finest products and service. Should the situation arise that a purchase needs to be returned, please review the following information.
Damaged Product
While we make every effort to secure all packages, sometimes merchandise can be damaged during shipping. Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. You must contact us during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, at (352) 688-8391 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
DO NOT DISCARD DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS. We require that the damaged or defective item(s) be returned to our company for inspection. A damaged or defective item MUST be returned and received before we can send you a replacement. Our customer service representative will arrange for the damaged product to be returned to us. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will ship a replacement to you at no charge.
Product Returns for Credit
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 10 days. Returns for credit must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). You must contact us during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, at (352) 688-8391 to obtain a RMA#.
In order to receive a full refund, the product must be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, unopened and unused, with all original packaging intact. Product that has been opened or used CANNOT be accepted for return. If the product is returned opened or damaged, no credit will be issued.
The original shipping costs of the returned item are nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an unopened item for refund, we will process and issue the refund within 7-10 business days of receiving a valid return. Refunds will be made to the credit card originally charged.
Product Return Procedure
Contact us during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, at (352) 688-8391 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). To help assist us with this process, please have your original invoice number available when calling.
When returning a product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to NetShipments.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and insurance against loss or damage. NetShipments.com will not be responsible for any shipping loss or damage on returns.
Pack the product in a properly padded box. You are responsible for properly packing the product. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material provided. If the items are returned damaged, no credit will be issued.
Write the RMA # clearly on the outside of the return package.
