No Bake Protein Power Ball Recipe

Finding a healthy snack in the store can be difficult at times. When reading the front of a box, the company may claim that their snack is a healthy alternative for snacking. Then you flip the box around and read the ingredients and find a mile long list of ingredients that you cannot pronounce. One of my clean eating mantras is, “If you cannot pronounce it, you may not want to eat it.” While you may find some healthy snacks in the store, many of them are not high protein options. Month 1 of Move It to Lose It 90 Day Challenge

Month one of the 90 day Move It to Lose It coaching program with Zak D. has come to an end. During our initial conversation, I met with Zak and we focused on setting goals. Most of the goals started very broad i.e. “I want to start going to the gym” or “I want to lose weight.” While it is nice to set goals, you also need an action plan in order to make those goals attainable.  From our first meeting, I helped Zak create goals that were more specific and easily attainable. So instead of “I want... Continue Reading »

Angeles Shares Celsius and Fitness Tips on San Diego Morning Show

On January 7th 2013, I had the opportunity to appear on the popular morning show, San Diego Living, to share the benefits of Celsius and demonstrate some of my favorite multi-tasking fitness moves. Being an East coast girl, I had never been to California, so I used the trip as an opportunity to do a little sightseeing in Fashion Valley and Old Town before filming. The morning of the segment, I was greeted by the San Diego 6- CW security guard who led me into the green room. There, I joined other... Continue Reading »
