When should I consume Celsius to get the most out of my workout?

Studies show, for best results and to enhance the benefits of moderate exercise, such as improved endurance, reduced body fat and building lean muscle, resulting in positive changes to body composition, participants consumed a can of Celsius once a day during the 10-week study and on the days they exercised they consumed their daily Celsius 15 minutes prior to exercise.*
