Celsius Holdings, Inc. (CELH) specializes in commercializing healthier great tasting products with functions that people want and need. Celsius, Inc. became a public company in January of 2007. Founded in 2004 under the name Elite FX, Inc., the sole purpose of the company is inventing, producing, and marketing functional nutritional supplements that are innovative in that they are ahead of major trends, supported by science, and can positively impact people’s lives.

The first product, Celsius®, Your Ultimate Fitness Partner™, was developed by a dedicated team of experts united by a strong commitment to true science. Celsius launched in June 2005 after completing a clinical study validating its calorie burning benefits. Five more clinical studies have since been presented and published on Celsius that demonstrates its efficacy. Studies show that Celsius may burn calories and provide lasting energy and when drinking Celsius 15 minutes prior to exercise, Celsius may reduce body fat while building lean muscle.†*

The Celsius Team is a passionate group of people with a shared vision of having a positive impact on consumer health and wellness and with deep roots and diverse expertise in the nutrition and beverage industry. We began with an entrepreneurial spirit that allows us to do what industry giants have difficulty doing – truly innovate.
We are an industry pioneer. We start with the consumer, understand their true needs, create products that are designed to meet these needs, and in the process define new consumer food and beverage categories. As a supplement to a healthy diet and part of a health, fitness and wellness program, we encourage consumers to choose Celsius as an alternative to those that are loaded with calories, sugar, artificial preservatives and ingredients, and sodium.

Celsius is the first among many products we expect to launch that will create entirely new categories to match markets’ demands in advance of national or global trends. We strive to invent and deliver break-through innovation, based on scientifically proven function and benefits, to health conscious consumers. Our focus is tight, our ranks are lean, and we believe we can help people – our customers and consumers - achieve their health and quality of life goals.
